Free shipping

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping on orders over €600.

Our handling time usually takes about 2-4 business days for items in stock in our warehouse and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world. Items that are not in stock in our warehouse are dependant on availability from suppliers.

Customs

When shipping outside of Ireland and the EU we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Shipping time

Orders processed in the UK & EU could take 15-20 business days to arrive. Items not help in stock within our warehouse will be dependant on supplier lead times. For other international orders, it can take between 20-30 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.

Please also note that if your purchased item is on pre-order, it may take longer to arrive at your doorsteps due to manufacturing delays. Most pre-ordered products will take about 45 business days to ship.
